HiI I’m Nina Otsubo Cataldo, and I specialize in bridging cultures and empowering businesses to thrive through seamless communication and efficient task management. Born in Tokyo and raised in the Pacific Northwest of the United States (Oregon and Washington), I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of both Japanese and Western cultures. I hold a B.A. in Strategic Communications and Creative Writing from Seattle University and a Master’s in Social Anthropology from SOAS, University of London, where I focused on Japanese rural revitalization. Moving back to Tokyo in 2015, I have worked in publishing before becoming a full time travel writer and inbound/intercultural consultant. After years of visiting Myoko since 2020, I made it my full-time home in 2023, inspired by its natural beauty and tight-knit community. are up and running in no time.
